He was born on March, 13, 1848 in Alsace, France and I may have found his parents names... Lome Blint and Eveliyn France.

If you have any additional information such as where in Alsace your relative lived, that would be very helpful to you and others.

To get records, you will need to know which town or village.

The more you can narrow down to a smaller part of Alsace, the better.

Alsace has 1000s of villages so otherwise, it would be a lot to look through.
