Buob family

I have a birth certificate for Francois Xavier Buob/Bueb. He was born on 29 May 1819. On his birth record, it states his mother is Catherine Bueb, daughter of Joseph Bueb and (Marie) Barbe Eck. I have found someone’s genealogy on Joseph (b: 22 Feb 1745, d: 13 Feb 1806) and Barbe ( b:1756, d:03 Jan 1896), but no mention of daughter Catherine. Where can I find info on Catherine Bueb, birth, marriage, etc.? She would have born somewhere between 1780-1801. Buob Family is from Baltzenheim.
