Thanks for posting your info here! Hopefully someone will have some info that may point you in the right direction.

You'll have a better chance if you can provide more info. From personal experience doing research, you need a person to connect your US ancestors to your Alsatian ones.

There may be tons of people with those names (or none), but until they are directly connected to you (or an ancestor) with written records, it's just a guess.

You wouldn't believe how many people have given me information that turned out to be inaccurate when checked against records.
