The Klein family name is really really really common, so you have quite a task before you!

If you don't know anything else about your ancestors, it will be difficult to find your exact relatives.

Peter is also relatively common.

If you have birthdates and places of birth, those will be very helpful to you.

Especially place of birth!

I may have info for you. Do you know of any peters brothers or family that came here with him? I actually know a line of klein's who changed their last name to cline when arriving to cattabwa sc. And many did go to tennessee.
