A lovely four star hotel inside a very well renovated 16th century building, very close to all of the historic areas of Strasbourg. Prices are higher, but you can occasionally find a room here for under 150 €, but well worth the price for a one of a kind experience.
This may be a three star hotel, but it's very special! If you're looking for a charming Alsatian style hotel, you've come to the right place. But it's not just Alsatian in style, the Beaucour also specializes in romantic getaways and every room comes with a whirlpool tub. And to top it off, you may be able to see the cathedral from your room!

Les Artistes Bed and Breakfast is actually more like a small vacation rental or gite in Strasbourg in a residential neighborhood. It's a large one room apartment with a bathroom (but no kitchen) in a local couple's house. There's room for at least 3 people (so long as privacy isn't an issue).
The Villa Novarina is considered a bed and breakfast, but it could easily qualify as a small four star boutique hotel in Strasbourg France. It's located in the area around the buildings of the European Parliament which is actually a very beautiful and high end area of Strasbourg. Fantastic customer service, large rooms (some with jacuzzis) this hotel is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway in Strasbourg.

Comfort Hotel Strasbourg Ouest
This recently renovated two star hotel will give you the basics. A small clean room, free parking, and breakfast for small fee. It's about 1 km (.6 mile) to the historic areas of Strasbourg. You can catch the tram at a nearby tram stop (2 minutes away) or take a scenic walking path down by the river. At under 50 €, it's a very good deal.
Looking at the price, you might think this hotel isn't a budget hotel, until you notice that the breakfast and WiFi is included in the price. As you would expect, it's a very short walk to the train station, but it's still only a 10 minute walk to La Petite France and the shopping district nearby. The rooms are very small, but they do have family rooms available and they are air conditioned.

The Ciarus is a hostel so you know what to expect... This one is clean and conveniently located. This particular hostel attracts a lot of students. Breakfast is available and it's only 20 minutes from the Cathedral. If you can only afford $20 a night, it's a deal, but if you've got $50 or more to spend, there are much better options in Strasbourg. Go to discount hotels in Strasbourg for more info...
This hostel is a little more out of the way than the Ciarus, but with Strasbourg's tram system, you're never more than ten minutes from the center of Strasbourg and you'll get a quieter crowd here. More families staying here. Breakfast is included.

Best Western Monopole Metropole Hotel
If you're looking for a hotel near the train station and tram stops, this is a great hotel choice for you! Great three star Best Western hotel with free breakfast. Close to everything you'd like to see in Strasbourg (approximately a third of a mile or .6 km). Reasonable room rates for Strasbourg, but remember to reserve this hotel in advance. They tend to be full for last minute travel plans.
Here is a three star hotel just five minutes from the cathedral at a reasonable price! Quiet location in a historic building, but they don't have air conditioning. So this might not be the best hotel for you in the summer if you are especially sensitive to high temperatures. But you can get a room for under 100 € most of the year.

Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber
The Adagio is a three star apartment hotel, just as you would guess, in the area around Place Kleber. Place Kleber is wonderful if you like to shop. Galeries Lafayette, Monoprix, and all of your favorite European brands are all nearby. And only five minutes away from the Cathedral. This hotel is often booked up.
Here is a three star apartment hotel just down the street from Place Kleber, so very conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing in Strasbourg. For the price, this hotel chain is a very good deal anywhere if you are travelling with kids. Only one drawback, no air conditioning at this particular location, so it may not be a good choice in July.

This four star hotel in Strasbourg is a little different than you would expect... It's literally located in the canal that passes through La Petite France, so you'll have a fantastic view here. The inside decor is very modern. Some people consider it more of a 3.5 star hotel, but it's definitely a 4 star location! At the right time, you can find rooms for under 150 €.
