Margaret brengarth sanger

Hi! I am trying to find information on margaret brengarth from alsace, france. She was born 1838-1840 and I'm not sure but I think she married Joseph danger while in alsace. I know that she was in Missouri in 1880. I was wanting to know who her parents were or Joseph's parents as well. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
