Mountain Villages near Strasbourg

We have to go to Stasbourg in early June (never been) and I would like to follow it up with a few days in high mountain villages nearby.

Can you tell me the names of some of the prettiest and highest mountain villages please?

I would then search for a characterfull B&B or guesthouse.
