The Honnert and Oliger families.

My husband and I will be in Alsace soon and I am researching 2 "brick wall" families that came from the area north of Biche in Lorraine. The towns of Walschbronn, Waldhouse, Bousseviller and Loutzviller are where the Oligers lived before Benoit Benedic and Anna Barbara Demerle Oliger emigrated to America in December, 1830.

The Honnert family seems to have come from the same area. My 2X great grandparents Fustus and Anna Gelavia Honnert arrived in America in 1856.

We will have a very limited amount of time to visit those towns and would appreciate any input on how best to spend it. Thanks.
