What is Potage?

We had potage in Carpe d'Or in Saverne. It was delicious, and I'd love to make some.

Any idea how to find a recipe for something like that?

Hi Kelly,

Potage means soup, so it's a bit difficult to give you a recipe.

It could be anything really.

In any case, figuring out a recipe for a soup requires tasting it and making educated guesses until you get it right.

There's rarely one recipe for most soups even if you know what the main ingredients are.
