Wine Road Villages near Strasbourg

We will be in Strasbourg in early December, on a Tuesday. We want to take the train to a wine village.

Looks like Rosheim and Molsheim are closeby. We are interested in history, old architecture and wine (and being as far away as possible from tourists).

That takes Obernai off our list. Do you favor one village over another (or have a better suggestion?)
